Ariel's Grotto

Does Ariel's Grotto open up at 10? I thought when we were there last year that this opened later than the rest of the park. We were there in June. Am I right or am I just imagining this.

WDW Live Entertainment currently says 9:30am. The last few times I've been to WDW, this has been the opening time. It seems like a pretty standard time lately for the Grotto.
