ARGHHHHHHH! 4th attempt and ME still doesn't have my flight info!! 5/7: Now they do!

Who do you have to sleep with to get your flight info to stick in their computers?????

We only have 20 days until we leave. I'm reserving a town car for back-up. Who do you recommend for a family of 5???

Hey! I'm sorry, but also glad I'm not alone. I was beginning to think I was the only one. I booked DME back in early march through CRO. CRO says I'm in the system, but DME can't ever seem to find me. I've spoken with them four times in the last two weeks and each CM swears this would be the last time and she knows she has me in their system, but the next day guess what? They can't find me. The CMs I've spoken with seem to think that it's because I have a split ressie (even though I've given them both ressies everytime I've called, as well as my flight information). I leave next Friday :earseek: and the CM I spoke with yesterday said she 'THINKS' I'll still be able to get on the bus, even if I'm not in their system :earseek: . Everybody else is worried about luggage tags. I just want to know I'll be able to get on that bus next Friday!

Hey, I just noticed you're from Texas too. Maybe it's just us Texans they don't like.

YOu should have the names of four people, namely the people you talked to when making the four attempts. If you failed to get names, make two more attempts and get names.

Cancel the towncar (unless you want a slightly faster trip or a grocery stop)

Report to the Disney welcoming area at Orlando and make like your ME ressie is fine and dandy. Don't argue unless the Disney host starts arguing. (He should not because his job is to sprinkle pixie dust and start the magic, not look at clipboards and computer screens.)

They must not like us Californians either - I'm in the same boat as you! I originally signed up for ME through CRO. Three weeks ago, I called the ME number and they never heard of me! We leave on May 7th at 10:45pm and the CM at ME told me there was an "outside" chance I'll receive some tags before we leave, but not to worry if I don't - just bring my baggage claim tickets to the ME welcome counter at MCO.

I called again this past Monday just to see if they had mailed out anything and was told they didn't have my flight information!!! I gave the info (again) and told the CM that all of this was supposedly entered weeks ago. She apologized and said that at this point, we wouldn't receive our ME tags or information packet in time - but I would be taken care of at MCO!:badpc: Let's hope everything works out at MCO!!
 

Make sure you are calling the Magical Express number 866-599-0951 to add flight information NOT CRO or WDTC. If you call CRO or WDTC, your flight information will not make it over to Magical Express :(

My first two calls were to WDTC - right after I made my flight reserv. and then a couple of weeks later to check. The third was last week when I read the ME toll free # here on DIS and then again today because I just knew it wouldn't be there. The CM at ME was not ugly per se, but had no response when I expressed my disappointment at how poorly this new service seem to be going. She asked if I would like her to fax my confirmation to me (but of course I had no clue what my husband's fax # is here at home because I don't use it). I was rather snippy myself because I said 'how does that do me any good if the info is lost right after this phone call'. I seem to recall a Seinfeld episode...."You can take the reservation, but you can't seem to hold it".
