I got all the way thru to the end to redeem for KFC, and the site went down!

Same thing here - I had the Sears $10 in my cart, filled out address info, and it wouldn't check out! Double Argh!!

I think I got the Toys R Us right before it went down. I clicked "place order" and it took nearly 3 minutes but finally got the 'confirmation' page w/points subtracted. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it went thru okay. I have missed the last two weeks even though I was right there on time, I kept getting 'sold out' message. I think it's my time, lol.

Exact same thing here! I was in early kept refreshing saw KFC clicked it went to the 2nd page and clicked checkout then got this <insert sarcasm here> LOVELY message

"In order to better serve the expanding needs of our RewardTV customers, will we be offline and performing necessary site improvements. We apologize for any inconvenience this may bring you, and will be back online shortly."


I wonder with them being out of testing and limiting the cashouts to twice a week if peeps arent totally overwhelming their servers by everyone being logged in and refreshing all at the same time.
