Arel all tables for a restraunt released at the same time?

I've now read in 3 threads that disney "scatters" the availablility of tables so they aren't all available at once. This way people have a chance at 90+10 and at 90 days. Is this true? Does anyone have any proof? If it is, how many tables are released at 90+10 percentage wise? Are tables released every day after the 90+10 or only on the 90 day mark?

You have hit one of the great mysteries of the dining system - the answer seems to be that we can only guess, as there are anecdotal stories supporting about any answer you can think of.

When 90+10 began, it was mentioned explicitly by Disney that some seatings at some locations would not be released until the 90 day mark. However, this was several years ago, and that may not be the case any more.

That's the best answer I can give. Honestly, I would be suspicious of any answer that claims to know definitively how it works.

I made some ADR's on Sunday morning at 6:00am, my 90 + 10. I wanted a breakfast ADR for Bomas on 12/10, all that came up was 7:40 or 9:45, I wanted around 9:00. I took 9:45, 7:40 is too early coming from BWV. For the heck of it, I checked again yesterday and 9:00 came up! So I booked it and cancelled the original.

On my 90+10 I tried to get Crystal Palace and got a 9am ADR even though I wanted 8am. On the actual 90 mark of the day I wanted CP, I tried again and sure enough I got an 8am. Not sure if someone had just cancelled and I got lucky or if the table was held back until that day.

No they are not released at once. About two weeks before our arrival they had released a block of dates for 1900 park fare. Less than a week before they had released Chef Mickey, 1900 Park fare, & Ohana so i was able to change my times to early dinner times. I also got two Ohanas for early times. Before this though there were weeks where i would find they would put blocks of times for certain places. One early morning i found Sci-Fi. You have to be persistent and check constantly especially close to the 45 days mark and alot closer to the time of your check in day. Between this time though people do cancel, you just have to play the game all day every day to get what you want. My schedule in the end was totally different from my original phone reservations made 90 days ahead before online dining was available. My dining reservations were perfect.
