Are your surveys crediting?

I haven't had a problem until this week with my surveys not crediting. I have done one every day this week at SR and for the first time 3 have not credited. I have sucessfully completed them each time and did the clearing of cookies before, etc. It just seems odd. Anyone else having problems. I know it sounds stupid but is it possible that its getting thrown off by the time of night I do them? This week its been 10-11pm instead of 10-11 am. I just don't get it.

Is it only SR and they are crediting everywhere else? We actually had more survey completions yesterday than any day since we started the site (probably because of the increased credit and the survey contest).

I would be most concerned if they were working for two other sites but not for ours. If if is only one other site and SR, it might be that they are now considering your IP address as a duplicate signup.

I have done one every day so far every day this week except for sunday and got credit for all of them so far (well except for the one today but it's too early). That's really weird that you are missing credit from a few of them. All of these are through SR.

My 24 hour time slot is always between 10 and 11 PM. I have received credit for all the surveys I have done, except for one sometime ago. That one mya have been becaise it was under the 24 hour mark.

I only do SR surveys, so multiple sites is not an issue for me.

Well I have gotten credit on TT and CR this week so that's why I thought it was weird that SR wasn't crediting. I'll probably give it a break tonight and then try again tomorrow at different times of the day and see if that helps. Its just odd since I've been fine the past few months and then all the sudden issues.

I haven't gotten credit for the last 2 I did. I hope that yesterdays credits since it was worth more.

So it's a true 24 hour slot, not by day? So if I do one at 10pm on Monday, I can't get credit for one that I do at 1pm on Tues.?

Nope its a true 24 hours which is why I started to use a spreadsheet to keep track of what time I do each survey.

Ok I think I'm getting delayed a day by doing them so late. Mine are finally showing up but for the wrong days so I got the one I did Wed (the 80 cent special) but it showed up as being done on thurs so I only got 60 cents. I'm not complaining since I'm getting credit. I'm just going to do them earlier in the day from now on.

Thank you!! It was a big move for us. The Greenfield people were fantastic and are really trying to help us make the process easier for everyone.

Thanks for always trying to make things easier on us. That is one of the big reasons SR is the only rewards program I do!

I went through and did a whole survey tonight; it even thanked me for doing it, and then when I clicked the final submit button it took me to a Sunshine Rewards screen saying I hadn't qualified. Very irritating. I answered all the product questions, gave feedback, etc. Now I feel like I gave them everything they wanted and am getting nothing back.

Yep this happened to me TWICE this evening!!! Each one took me at least 5 minutes to complete I hope this is just a glitch and I will get credit for one of these otherwise I won't be as willing to do these anymore!

Another thing is that the take another survey button doesn't work or me at all. I have to go back to the Daily Survey page to try again
