Nazareth is a quaint burg that is home to Martin Guitars and Mario and Michael Andretti. In honor of Mario's win at the Indy 500 in 1969, the street he lived on at the time is called Victory Lane.
KarenB, as much as I'd like to entice you to meet at King of Prussia, there's a Yankee Candle store at Park City in Lancaster. If you want me to pick something up for you and bring it to work in Harrisburg, just let me know.
Is anyone up for a meet on July 24th? We can decide the exact location later but it could be the food court at the KofP mall or at a park for a picnic. I'm not a pin person myself, but for those interested we could do a pin trade as well. I know not everyone will be available on any particular weekend so I just picked a date that I think I'll be around. What do you think?
I am from Elk county, North west around Ridgeway. Not to many folks from this area. Up by the Alleghany mountains. Most of my family still lives there. I moved to Florida when I was 20. Someday I plan on moving back, sure do miss the beautiful country up there.
Discrazy, if we do a restaurant (like maybe one of the newish ones on the perimeter/outside of the mall like Champs or the Bahama Breeze) we might be able to accommodate everyone. My only hesitation would be that we'd probably have to get them a deposit before the luncheon.
Almost missed this thread.
Another Pittsburgher here. I'm in Penn Hills Twp.
My DD lives in Philly and attends Temple, so I get up to visit her once in a while. I Love KOP!!
