Have you ever won anything? The last thing I won was a free semester's worth of books in college, and that was a long time ago. It would be nice to know that real, living, breathing people actually win things. So what have you won?

I won a VCR in college. I exchanged it for a camera and a cordless phone. Still works!

I won a 6 foot stuffed rabbit when I was about 10 from a Plant/Flower store. What was interesting, it turned out to be my ex-husband's family that owed the business.

I have won concert tickets and some cd's from radio stations. Oh, I almost forgot - I won a book from Woman's Day a few years ago.

... I was recently thrilled to win a Kit Kat Break Pack from Nestle here in the UK....

It contained: 28 kitkats (some chunky (do you have those in the US?) some 4-finger, some 2-finger), a timer, a 'little book of breaks' full of trivia and jokes etc, an eye mask, a computer screen blind and a handheld computer game....

I was very impressed when all that came through!! So now all my breaks are kitkat themed LOL

Last summer I entered(under DH's name) a radio contest to win a trip to WDW. I was so excited and was picking out where I would pick to stay etc... DH thought I was crazy. A few weeks later he got a call from Kiss108 and he almost died. Unfortunately it was the second place prize, but it was still cool. We got a Disney bag filled with real Disney merchandise like Mickey ears, a nice Mickey Polo shirt, collectible cards, a water bottle, etc...

Yes I've won some things. The most exciting though was last May I took a 3 night Carnival Cruise. The first night I won $500 at Bingo and the last day I won a free cruise.

I won a t.v. and a VCR from a local merchant showcase. I still have the tv, and its about 15 years old now.

The lady I work with has a son who won the state lottery... he gets $52,000 per year for life!

When I was 9 years old I won, from a local tv station's after school show, a contest that involved guessing how many baby ruth and butterfinger candy bars were in a red flyer wagon. I guessed the closest, missed by only 4!! So I won the wagon and 400 baby ruth and butterfinger candy bars

I just won some software that I had no idea I won, and I don't remember how I won it (must have been on the Internet). One day some CD burning software arrived in the mail. I sold it for $50 on Ebay, so I guess I won $50.

Won a year's supply of chocolate and other various items from a Nestle Chocolate guessing contest
A 'Clay Pal' Disney.com gift basket (which I still have yet to receive)

*a $150 Home Depot gift certificate from DH's company picnic

When I won The Lion King tickets it was in 95 or 96 before it debuted on Broadway. I could not find anyone who wanted to go! I ended up bringing my cousins who were 11 and 13 at the time.
