Vegetarian... and 38 pounds lighter! Almost vegan, but can't quite give up my sugar free hot chocolate in the morning. :( So, technically, I am a very, very picky vegetarian (no cheese, no eggs, no meat, fish or poultry)... basically a hot chocolate vegan lol :p .

Vegetarian here, although I will very occasionally eat fish or shimp.

I'm confused, that's what I am.

Jan 1, 2003: Hubby and I give up red meat, poultry, and seafood.
Our energy levels increase, brain cells seem to work better, we're losing weight, life is good.

March, 2003: Wifey had a craving for BBQ ribs, couldn't live without them. Gaining weight back.

Now: We still try to eat mostly veg's, but I simply can't deprive myself!!!

April 10, 2003: I get my tonsils sucked out (snoring surgery too), so I'll go "liquid" for a while. Meanwhile, I'm having BBQ ribs tonight, and possibly tomorrow, too!!!

Will try to go vegetarian again soon....it's bikini season down here already!

A confirmed meat eater here, although I do enjoy the occasional vegetarian dish, such as a vegetable curry.

Total Carnivore. A nice medium rare steak can't be beat.

It's not a meal without meat IMO. :)

Vegetarian.
I eat dairy, but not eggs (except in pre-made products). But because of my lack of protein ( I don't like soy products ) I may start to include eggs/egg beaters.

Meat eater here too,, but love fresh seafood (shrimp, oysters, fish), and poultry.

Jeff in BigD, you're right about a nice medium rare steak! (I wonder if being born in Texas has anything to do with that!)

Meat - Rare.

Give me a steak 2 inches thick and as big as a toilet seat and if it doesn't get to the table under it's own power, it's overcooked!
I'll eat the veggies but not as a main course.

Meat-eater here!

But we buy locally grown organic beef. Costs less than the supermarket, and the little fella lived a good, healthy country life until he came to our freezer.

We don't eat much other meat, since we haven't found a good source for organic chicken yet. DH has a scallop license, so we usually have a freezer full of those, and some he trades for lobster or other special treats.

Daisy;)

Meat eater..... I like a nice porterhouse.... rare please...... it ought to "moo" when I stick my fork in it!;)

Back when I waited tables I'd occasionally have someone order a filet well done. It broke my heart to see someone ruin a beautiful cut like that. :(

DH and I both loved meat, especially steak and Prime Rib, cooked medium rare, oh, and Hot sausage!! But these last couple years we have eaten mostly chicken, fish, and veggies. I DO believe it's healthier for you. We both have/had parents with clogged arteries and bypass surgery and we are trying to break that cycle.
We snack on fruit and yogurt and we excercise 3x a week at the gym. It must be working, DH just had a complete physical and his blood pressure and cholestrol were excellent, his doctor said!:D
Btw, we are both approaching 50

definatley meat, but I do like my vegies too :)

YUP im a meat eater too... but nothing tastes better next to meat then some veggies!

My older brother is a vegan.. so we always have a big portions of veggies, or a vegan meal for him.
