Note to self:

Plan LOTS of things for the was40 kids to do this summer.



So far today, they have been in the pool, hottub, played wii
did a whole photo shoot (which I had to be photog for)
asked for lemons (can we have a lemonade stand)
made pancake shapes
packed a picnic lunch for themselves
(haven't got that cleaned up yet, but at least it is now quiet)
made lemon shakes JUST for themselves, no stand today!
and made popsicles out of Coca Cola in those damn tupperware makers
I have run the dishwasher twice in the last two days
which is huge for was40's who don't make many dishes
since they don't eat many meals at home.

I am taking a personal day on THURSDAY

a day just for me


I dare not breathe a word of it to the chilluns
or one of them would get sick that day

I meant to tell you...Target has bathing suits on sale this week

I'm taking a short break from Twilight...my goal is to finish it today...I only have about 150 pages to go!

There is one right by Kohls, and I saw some nice men's trunks there.
DS needs "regular" ones.
He has lots of fastskin tight ones,
not exactly what you wear lounging around the pool!

Our neighbor always has a little competition going.
She keeps asking me when we will open the pool
and then she pesters her husband to death to open thiers.

I haven't talked to her in a few weeks
and her husband was up yesterday for the fire,
and saw our pool open.
He begged me not to tell her!
