June 25-July 1st: BCV Studio
July 1st-July 5th: OKW 1 Bdrm

Have 1 in school so we mostly due summers (hate the heat though), we've been down in Jan/Feb before and will do that again in 2007. Used to go mid July..but it's too long to wait!

BCV is our home and we love the BCV & BWV area as it's so close to everything. We haven't tried OKW yet and figured we get 3 parks and alot of the running around doing things knocked out the first week and then relax at OKW. Why a studio? Well, we used points for a cruise last year and wanted to go longer this year so had to split it up. If we have to stay in studio, I'd rather do it when the kids are young! We just added points, but I forsee us adding some more in the next year or so.

Feb 11 - 15 standard room at WL - why WL? Valentine's Day with my honey and I heard this resort was so romantic! it certainly was - we bought into DVC!

May 10 - 13th 1 Bedroom BWV with my D for Mother's day - then off to HRH at Universal for 1 night & Mother's Day brunch at Mythos..
why BWV? got an opening w/2 month advance, figure my daughter will love the action!

Oct 29 - Nov 3 1 Bedroom SSR with my our anniversary is Oct 31 so every year we go someplace to enjoy the festivities...first time for MNSSHP
why SSR? it's our "home" resort and besides the parks, we're looking forward to enjoying a couple of relaxing days at the resort & spa

2. October: (Non DVC Trip): Hard Rock Hotel with evening trips to Disney for F&WF and MNSSHP.

3. Thanksgiving at the BWV

4. The Day after Christmas through New Year's at the BWV

We plan to get a lot of use out of our recently purchased annual passes.

Feb 06 OKW 1 bedroom - had free golf vouchers DH HAD to use!

Sept 06 HH 1 bedroom - spent a few days there in Oct 05 and loved it, very relaxing

Nov 06 probably VWL 2 - 2bedrooms - taking aDorable great niece, her parents, her grandparents (my DB/DSiL), and maybe DN and DBF for GN's first trip (of many) to see Mickey Mouse and friends

Jan 4th to 11th SSR (done!) Why? Only resort avilable when we booked. Why go, another trip on our AP before they expried the end of Feb.

May 6th to 9th SSR. Why? Once again only resort we could get for the time and points (we are borrowing all our points from 2007. We seems to do that alot.)
May 7th to 11th. Vero beach Ocean view in room. Why? Beacuase we love VB in May. In fact next year DD enters Kindergarden and we are thinking "no more 2 trips during the school year.

This trip is a last min type of thing. We just booked it yesterday.

However I am getting a little concerned with calling and only having SSR avilable. This wasn't the case before it opened.

We've made plans to visit the Mouse this summer. Now, we have 3 nights reserved at PC for June 30-July3, but I'm considering buying a DVC membership. If I do, (and I probably will) we may spend the 3 nights at SSR or OKW.

We get to DW once or twice a year from Ohio, so buying into the program sounds attractive. We owned a timeshare just outside of the park, which we just sold. I liked it, but we wanted to do something more than once every other year.

Why? We have never been during Spring Break and we wanted to stay somewhere new. I guess this will truly be an adventure.

I have a conference the next week at WDW and figured I'd turn it into a vacation too. I picked the BWV because I really wanted to try it out and the studios at BWV was the same pt cost as OKW during this time of year.

March 31-April 6 @ POR
Well, as I mentioned, this porition of my stay is for a work-related conference, and they won't pay for me to stay in a deluxe, heck they didn't want to pay for me to stay at a mod, but the AP rate was cheaper than the conference rates so they said they'd cover it.

October 8-13th @ OKW
Going for F&W,our birthdays, and MNSSHP... and the studio at OKW is only 40 pts for 5 nights! It's also one of my home resorts so I booked it at the 11 month window. I might try and switch, but not sure yet.

December 31-January 5, 2007 @ SSR
Wanted to book New Years Even asap and SSR is my other home resort... so I booked accommodations. I might leave it there so we can spend NYE in the DTD area and party... Or we might try switching at the 7 month mark... who knows!

Only one trip this year: Dec. 5-11, BoardWalk Villas studio. Why? Celebrating my 55th birthday, doing Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, getting out of Minnesota to someplace we can swim in December...

We overused our points last year with a trip to Disneyland (Paradise Pier Hotel) in March and WDW (BWV 1BR) in June, so keeping it small this year with the studio.

OMG! I forgot my why's!

The VB and VWL combos because that's our standard favorite. (Did that make sense?)

The cruise because we have always wanted to try one, but never have. It's about time, here we go!...

The Grand Californian because we love the heavy, dark wood, robust themed resorts. Plus it's our inaugural trip to Disneyland.

The Grand Floridian because we have never tried it, and in our opinion it's the second nicest resort at Christmas.

I feel better now that I did my why's.

We went in Jan DCL and POR, for DS 21st Birthday.

May06 first DVC stay at SSR studio, DS and I, just for fun, then moving to CorS for a conference for 5 days.

We can't wait for next year and do another Cruise in Feb 2007 and SSR pre or post cruise haven't decided.

August '06 (exact dates TBA....have not had my vacation approved from my employer yet...fingers crossed !) Once I hopefully get approval, I plan on a 2 bedroom at OKW. Why ? Because we love it there

Also, I may try and sneak down in Oct ....but dh doesn't know about this yet

When?...already been Jan 06 Where? BCV Why? DW was doing the marathon, so we felt BCV would be convieniently close for that at the end. Wrong!! Nobody wants to have to walk back through Epcot after just finishing a marathon. We had never been to BCV, so we figured this was a good way to give it a whirl. Hopefully going back in May 07 to try Stormalong Bay.

When? Mar 17 til 25th Where? Our beloved VWL Why? Going to see a couple of Braves games and just any ol' excuse to stay at the Lodge is good enough for me.

When? Day after thanksgiving til Dec. 6 Where? VWL Why? Its sort of become an annual thing. Dec is our fav time of year to be in the World. And VWL is so cozy this that time of year.

We are going to SSR with our Five children (34 to 16)a daughter in-law and 2 son in-laws, 1 niece and SIX grandchildren 5yrs to 2 yrs old! Unfortunately fiancee of my daughter couldn't get off to come.



Why? Because we love it!
