Back in Feb last year, we bought the 2 days with 3 days free tickets from Universal. When we went in October, we forgot to take them and DH and I ended up buying Annual Passes.

We're heading to Orlando next weekend with 2 friends of ours and hoping to spend a couple of days at Universal/IOA. The question is, can our friends use these tickets or will they have expired?

I wanted to buy mine way ahead of time and emailed Universal asking that question. They replied that no, they don't expire as long as you don't start using them. Once you use the first day, you then have 5 days until they expire. So you should be able to use the ones you purchased.

The tickets in most cases do not expire until a set number of days after first use. I believe these tickets actually have 14 days from first use before they expire.

We bought these tickets last year, which also included the 'free' kids tickets. When we called Universal today to ask if they were all still valid for 2007, we were told that the adults ones never expire, BUT the kids ones expired at the end of December 2006! We are sad, because when we asked about the tickets last year, we were told that they never expire, and not one word was said about the 'free kids tickets' expiring.

I think that as long as they have not been activated they will still be good.

I don't know if you have a FAN CLUB card, but a guy working in the Fan Club office let me fax a copy of the back of my tickets that I purchased in 2005. He then called me back and told me they were still good.

I had bought the tickets in 2005 and never used them, because USO was running a great promotion in 2005 and I ended up buying those tickets. There was no expiration on the back of the tickets but I wanted to make sure they were still valid before I arrived.

I think as long as there is no expiration on the back and they have Never been used, you should be fine.
