Are tickets refundable?

I bought tickets to HHN to be electronically picked up. If I don't use these tickets, are they refundable? I don't see anything about no exchanges/refund on my receipt.

They are not refundable, but they don't have an expiration so you can use in the future.

I would call and ask. I cant see why they wouldnt refund your money since the tickets havent been printed yet. Please keep in mind that you will NOT be able to use this years HHN ticket next year!!

If they will not refund your money, you could have them mailed to you and then sell them on Ebay!

Okay.
I'll call them tomorrow and see what they say. I'm still going, but I want to use the employee discount that they finally decided to offer us. Hopefully I can work something out. I should have waited another week to buy. lol

I don't have them though, and they probably won't get here in time for me to sell them.

I got it all straightened out - phew!

But it is true, they are non-refundable.

Depends really. We had a death in the family, and my wife just wasnt ready to go opening weekend, so they were refunded. Of course they were re-purchased, but they didnt know that before hand. For the most part they are non refundable, but they do make exceptions.
