Are they still offering BLT tours?

I haven't seen the BLT tours mentioned here for a while so I was wondering if they are still doing them? DH and his friend did one last summer so his friend could check out BLT. A little presentation was done at TOWL and then you could go see rooms if you wanted.

I wanted to go to one of the presentations/tours next month but have no idea if it's still going on.

Yes, currently they are doing the BLT tours on Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays. You need to schedule it at a DVC Info booth because space is limited and it runs from 12:45 to about 3:00pm.

You should check to see if anything has changed when you arrive next month.

FWIW, there are rumors that BLT will be selling out in the next few months. Not sure if that's true or just a way to "scare" people into adding on , but thought I'd mention it in case it is credible and you had your heart set on BLT.

We went on a tour when they were selling SSR, and it was a pretty good tour. We didn't feel pressure to buy, but our guide was pretty laid back.

DVC has a history of announcing near sell out and then sell out somewhat in advance for the purpose of stimulating that last fraction of sales. They did this with VWL and IIRC then had to formally reopen sales a year or so later and for almost an additional year.

The models, unless moved, are on the first floor facing Bay Lake (inside the crescent). They look at shuffle board court or volleyball or something (can't remember). We just looked at them last December.

You MIGHT be able to get into a vacant MK view room if available. But the models are not this view.

This was true back when the sales center was still at BWV. The model was a first floor room. Though, to attract passerby's it was on the Boardwalk side.
