Yes EMH are offered daily to on site guests.

December hours are nowhere close to be finalized. We don't even have August hours fully complete yet.

EMH will be added soon to December hours but are subject to change and the park hours posted will change. Also keep in mind the dates mickeys very merry Christmas party is going on as well

I just looked through, and every day in December which has had park hours released (through the 13th) has EMH.

ETA: There will not be both morning and night EMHs each day. But there is at least one park each day that will have either AM or PM EMHs.
