Are these guest rooms or not (Boulder Ridge)?

Where I circled in red, are these rooms or not? On Touring plans they do not come up as rooms. If not rooms, what are they?

Looking at that, I think we stayed on the long wing to the right in the upper row on that floorplan about halfway along, ground floor. Must've been because we were on the backside of the building.

Our patio doors looked toward a row of tall trees, so we really couldn't see the CC cabins or lake beyond.

That was okay with me. After a hectic, noisy park day, the 1br was like coming home to a Pacific NW mountain cabin.

There's a large lounge room off to the right as you enter the main entrance of BRV. It has the cushiest leathery chairs that feel like curling up on a big pillow. I noticed several people with closed eyes when I'd go there to soak up some peace and quiet.

BRV is so comfy and peaceful. A lovely resort that seems far removed from WDW at times when you really need that feeling.

The upper right box is definitely a stairwell, I don't remember what the lower box is, but it might be utility/storage.

No they are not rooms. There are studios above that on the upper floors.

I think it's a door out to the parking lot. Won't swear that's it because it's been a good 5 years since our stay. There virtually always are exit doors beside the stairs at hallway ends for fire safety.

I vaguely recall using a side door at the end of our hallway rather than trekking to that weird little right angle turn leading to the BRV lobby. When we arrived at BRV, we puzzled for a bit just how to get to our room. It didn't look like a typical turn into a hallway from the lobby.

Yes, I saw that, which was why I wondering if the 1st floor not showing them as rooms was legit

I think they are rooms that house the fire equipment, pipes etc. One is probably also a maintenace room. I have been down that far on the first floor but it has been some years since. There is also a door to the outside there for the fire escape.
