Are there other debit cards that offer perks like Target's Red Card?

I've been doing a little searching and I haven't come up with any. Just curious if there are other debit cards or preloaded cards that offer benefits similar to the American Express Serve card (load using my SW CC to pay bills that I can't pay with a CC to earn extra points) and Target Red debit card (5% off purchases including Disney gift cards).

I like using these types of cards because they don't show up on my credit report. There must be others out there... I just can't seem to find them.

What debit cards or prepaid cards do you use and what are the perks?

Nordstrom has a debit card option. It earns points and comes with some free credit towards alterations.
