Are there ever AP rates at these resorts?

Anyone ever gotten an AP rate at any of these resorts - Beach & Yacht Club or Boardwalk Inn? If you remember, what was the rate?

I was able to get beach club with an AP rate for 9-26 and 9-27 for $244 a night, I think with tax it is $276.

Anytime an AP rate is released, it can be used at any WDW hotel, even if the email says, save,blah,blah,at a Disneyworld value or moderate hotel.
At least that's the way it's been since I gout my AP years ago.

Had an AP rate of $269 for June 07 at YC and $275 for Jan 08 at BWI.

I just called last week and got BI standard room club level for 8/28-9/2 for 374 - it is usally 455. $81 discount.
