Are there are character meals that are really geared for boys?

I know there are many all kids will love and we have ADRs for many of them... but they have all the princess meals geared towards little girls... anything extra special for my little guys?

I personally want to eat in the castle, but I don't think my DH and 2 little boys would enjoy it so much! lol

Not really but at Ohana breakfast they have Stitch! And I would think Chef Mickey's or the safari breakfast at the Tusker House would be more boy oriented.

There is no truly boy themed meals... However....

My small boys really love the Tusker House breakfast, Chef Mickeys for breakfast, Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner (you can ask for chicken tenders), Cape May for breakfast and Garden Grill for lunch... These meals include (but limited to) characters like Goofy, Chip/Dale, Mickey, Pluto, Donald... We have done most of the character meals on property and these have been their favs time and again.

We are doing Breakfast at CP, Tuskers, Ohana's, and H&V

Dinner at CM and LTT

I would love to see a character dinner either Toy Story based or Cars or something... even Jungle Book would be cool

Have to agree with Trina on this one. Would love to see those character meals.

Can anyone even think of something that would appeal exclusively to boys like the princesses do to girls? I can't

Cars! But I know that isn't "classic" Disney like the Princesses...

I think Jungle Book could be really cool... I know little girls might like it too, but I think it is more "boy-ish"... Toy Story would be good too.

I agree that some of the meals could be more boyish - like cars or jungle book - but don't see them reaching the level of the princesses for girls.

Current meals that are more boyish could include the Lilo and Stich breakie and Donald's Breakfast at Tusker House. I think Pooh and the Playhouse Disney meals are gender neutral for the younger set (and those of us who are a wee bit older when it come to Pooh) and the Mickey/Minne/Goofy/Chip and Dale type meals are gender neutral for kids of all ages

I don't know... I put my boys' love of CARS against any girl's love of princesses! lol

We ate at Hollywood & Vine last year and they had Jo-Jo and Golith as well as the little Einsteins. My daughter loved it, but I can't imagine a little boy wouldn't get a kick out of it too.

I don't want this to be a negative but Universal has Spiderman come out during breakfast at Confisco's and DS loves it. It seems to be the only place that took boys into consideration for a character meal. I wish Disney would do a Toy Story, Monster's Inc, Incredibles, Cars, Pirates themed one. I am sure it would be a hit!

PIRATES!!!

That would be great!

I just feel like boys get short changed in Disney. ~sigh!~

disney had a villains theme for a while...definitely more of a boys theme..

Toy Story would be great! My little guys (4, 3, 2) actually love CRT, they get the swords. And my DS 2 LOVES Cinderella. I know it won't last for much longer but until then I take them every time we go if I can get the ressie. That said the spidey BF is amazing if you have time to swing it. We took our little guys and it was so neat.

LOL.. Boy do I hear you on that one. My dd (now 11) never had much of a thing for the princesses.. maybe a mild interest.
But if you put McQueen or 'Mater in front of my 4 yr old son he would probably be willing to ditch Mom forever:lmao:
It would be nice to see something a little more geared to boys.
So far I have found a nice balance at LTT, CP, and CM for both the kids:)

I agree that little boys really love CARS - but I bet I could find a couple of girls (I have a couple at my preschool) that would give your boys a run for their money with their love of CARS. I just don't see a theme like Princesses that appeals mostly ONLY to boys.

Pirates would since that could go across ages and sticks with a classic Disney theme. But all the Pixar stuff would be amazing too. I think they are missing a huge market thing here.

Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom has all the 100 Acre woods Characters and that's why we are taking our DS his whole room is Pooh.

Isn't there a Donald Duck one in Animal Kingdom???

We made my DS8 go to the CRT breakfast since it was my DD5th bday. He pouted the entire time in line until we got to restuarant and they handed him a sword. :rotfl: One of his favorites is Chef Mickey's. We are having breakfast there this time on HIS bday. Another great place for young kids is Whispering Canyon in the Wilderness Lodge. They can be as loud as they want (actually encouraged), they have pony races and really engage the kids. They also have a huge table of Lincoln Logs in the waiting area to keep the kids busy while waiting to be seated. :thumbsup2

I would LOVE to see a pirates themed dining for boys.
