Are there any parking tips??

Are there any good parking tips for us? We have the 5 consecutive day pass for both US/IOA. We will be arriving from POR at WDW and returning back each day.

Any tips would be appreciated.

I would park in the parking garage. It's $8 and it's covered, unless you get level 5, which is the roof. Unlike Disney, you won't come back to a hot car on a summer day.

If you want to feel special, you can do valet parking for around $16.

At 5 days for $8, it adds up quickly to $40 just for parking your car.

If you wanna park for free, you can park across Kirkman Road at the TGIFridays, which is next to the Holiday Inn and walk. Be careful crossing Kirkman, because it's like 10 lanes of fast moving traffic. After you cross, walk to the parking garage, go inside, walk to the elevators, go up to the 3rd floor, and take the moving sidewalks.

Absolutely do not do Preferred Parking. It costs $12 and is supposed to get you closer to the park entrance, but it took us forever.
