What a game!! It was fun being there celebrating the win with fellow Phillies fans! The place was jumping!

What a game...we were there Monday night and the stadium just exploded at the bottom of the 9th it was so unreal I cant explain it...not that it wasnt crazy the whole night but it literally exploded.......The place went crazy with Beat LA.......it was freezing cold though I had my gloves and leather coat on. That was the most phenomenal game I have seen. We were right behind home plate and it seemed like the ump liked strikes for us and balls for LA oh well nothing we can do we beat them HA HA HA HA HA.....

Cant wait til Wednesday to BEAT LA one more time.........Lets go Phillies...this time I am watching from my living room and we will just listen to the crowd from the yard LOL and watch the fireworks for each home run from the yard...

I was fascinated, if not surprised how polite Phillies fans were. Phillies fans chanted BEAT LA. The LA fans weren't as kind with their chants... I'll leave it there!

Philadelphia folks really do have some class!

I know...last year we were at Broad and Oregon when they won the NLCS and then when they won the World Series IT WAS INSANE but this year may be a little calmer...The colleges are sending out emails to ALL STUDENTS my DD is in Temple. They are advising them there will be NO ISSUES with any college students. The PD got the colleges involved this time...The letter was amazing. Alot of the issues last year were college kids...

I work in Center City so I took off parade day the subway was mobbed........

Tomorrow will be a mess in the city especially marconi plaza....PM where your from......its nice to see someone from Philly. My son and my whole family are PHILLY PD and it gets crazy in EVERY neighborhood.....

I had the TV on, but couldn't keep my eyes open. The last I saw was the top of the ninth. And I turned off the TV. Crazy me! I missed the huge ending. I'll try and stay up tomorrow night.

Hopefully, the game will end earlier, but sadly, thanks to TBS, I suspect not. The games drag on thanks to TV squeezing every penny they can out of it.

Sure wish they would start at 7:00 or 7:30 instead of 8PM. That would help a little.

(To compound it, I'm sure, if the Phillies to clinch tonight, my son will drag me off to Dick's Sporting Goods to get 2009 NLCS t-shirts! I guess there are worse things I can do with my son!)

I agree with you.....the late hours are killing us too! But what the hey, this is so wonderful!! We will be on-line ordering shirts and probably head over to Forman Mills (about 5 minutes away) for more Phillies gear. We are enjoying this so much!!! GO PHILLIES!!!!!
