Did you book one of the "accessible" rooms? Eg, when you searched you checked the "accessible" check box and booked one of the descriptions that works best for your situation? You need to book that way to ensure you get an accessible room. There are a couple of
possible applicable categories for you. Posters around here can help with some of the specifics of each category.
