Are the rooms the same points or not?

My question is the Villas we book being part of the DVC and using points are they the same rooms that non members reserve? Is their a building that only the member villas are in or are all room throughout the resort? I dont mind sharing. Just wondering. Expecially after seeing the BAD view posts. Was wondering if our Villas were elsewhere and they make extra special care of our HOMES

Cash reservations are for the same villas reserved by DVC members...there is no segregation.

Though I have seen reported here that the Boardwalk View villas are not available for cash reservations. Not 100% sure on that, though.
