Are the Roasted Chestnuts at the GF free?

Watched the Travel Channel Disney World Holiday special and they mentioned and showed people handing out roasted chestnuts at the GF. Are these complementary or do you have to buy them?

They are free and given out by a costumed gentleman that could have come straight from old England. To me it is the idea of roasted chestnuts in such a christmasy setting that made them special. We'll try them again

We thought they were nasty.

It was nice seeing the old guy dishing them out again though. The same guy has been dishing them out for years. We wondered this trip what's going to happen when he isn't around any more.

Are they only available at a certain time? We're going to be visiting the GF on Saturday around 8:00-9:00 pm.

We were there from 12/9 - 12/13. Never even saw the chestnuts, but frankly, we didn't miss them...
