Are the ribs at Cookies beef or pork?

Well, as long as this thread has turned into one about water:

Here are the things you should know about the tap water on the ship. DCL makes their own fresh water from sea water. The water that goes through that process is well filtered and tastes pretty good, IMO. However, as I learned in the Q&A session with the Captain and senior officers on the ship, the ship fills up its water tanks at Port Canaveral before it leaves, since it is cheaper to buy the local water in PC than to produce it at sea. Usually, that water is used up in the first day or two. So, if you don't like the taste of the water you normally get in Florida (which I don't), you may want to consider bringing enough bottled water to get you through the first two days, then plan on refilling your bottles with water from the Deck 9 drink station after that.

I think the Ribs Are PORK and Not Beef

I suspect the reason DCL doesn't tell you is because its varies.

I'm fairly sure they were beef ribs on our cruise, but not positive.

But I bet this is one of those things DCL wants to reserve flexibility on - if beef is unusually expensive compared to pork, they are probably pork. When beef is cheaper, they are beef.

OK could see that happening ...

Sometimes Beef Sometimes pork
