Are the resorts really booked?

I got my reservations last night for September at POP and they only rooms they had left were preferred rooms. I dont have a problem paying the extra hundred bucks if its worth but what I'm wondering is are they really that busy that they whole place is booked? He said they have "a few rooms left at the all star resorts", 2880 rooms at POP and a total of 5880 rooms at the All Star Resorts and only a few rooms left!! I thought I was going during the slow time of the year.

If you booked the free DDP package, I belive they only set aside a certain amount of rooms for this. I have checked all the other resorts outside of my package and they are available.

Ok I see, there is a limited number of free dining packages available per resort and all the standard rooms for POP were already taken.

Yep, I know when I am booked all of the value resorts ae booked.
