Are the Paramount hoppers "plastic card"?

I am considering purchasing 5 Day Plus Hoppers from Paramount International for our April trip. I am wondering if anyone knows if they are the hard plastic "credit card - like" passes. Just thought these would hold up better than the paper ones. Anyone order the 5 Day Plus Hopper from them lately? Thanks a lot!

We got our passes on Wednesday. The passes are the super paper ones like the annual passes. We've had AP before, and they hold up quite well. And if these don't, Paramount sends along the photocopied backs of each ticket. Honestly, though, I wouldn't worry! Have fun!

All of the independent ticket wholesalers sell the mylar paper tickets. Only Disney has the hard plastic cards and even then only on some things.

You should have no trouble at all with a 5 day pass on mylar paper. It's the same thing that annual passes are on that are used far more often.

Why does Paramount send copies of the back of each ticket??

Tigger, it has been suggested that everyone photocopy the backs of their passes. In the event of loss or mutilation , it is like a receipt. Disney can then replace the lost tickets. HTH

Debbie, Thanks for the reply. I was hoping that to be the reason. I asked a cm at the Disney store just the other day if buying from Disney insured that they could be tracked down if I lost one but had #s. I also asked about buying from other sourses. They were not sure about other sources. They did say I needed a reciept and ticket numbers.
