Are the new pull down table to bed at POP the same as AOA suites

Just like to know the new dimensions of the new design pull down beds from table located in the POP/ASMO resorts? If they are the same as the ones placed in the AOA suites. Is it a twin size mattress? Just curious for my older teenage son(thin and just under 6 foot)

They're queen beds, so the rooms now have 2 queen beds instead of 2 full beds.
