Are prices going up for non-members next month?

We are still figuring out if we want to go the resale route or directly through Disney. I heard prices are going up next month for members, but are they also going up for potential buyers?

Yes, prices are going up for everyone...I believe June 4th is the last day to get current pricing.

Prices through June 4th:
AKV = $101 - $8 incentive = $93 (min 100 pts.)
SSR = $101 - $10 incentive = $91 (min 50 pts.)
BCV = $95
BWV, VWL = $95
OKW = $92
HHI, VB = $92 - $5 incentive = $87 (min. 50 pts.)

After June 4th:
AKV, SSR = $104 (not clear if the incentives will still be available)
BCV = $101
BWV, VWL = $98
OKW, HH and VB = $92

The prices listed in medalla74's post are the members' prices. The prices for non-members already went up in March to the figures listed under "after June 4th", except that the incentives at SSR and AKV are still available. So this is just the March non-members' price increase going into affect for members.

oh,ok. Thats good, because i'm planning on maybe purchasing soon, but not in 2 weeks.

this summer. We are working out where it is best to buy from Disney direct or a Timeshare place. We are buying BWV's. 150-170 points.

Looking at the prices listed on previous post, what would be the benefit of buying through Disney and not a time share store? Their prices seem to be significantly lower that the $95 that Disney sells at.
