Do you/he/she mean has peanuts in the bar? Or may contain traces of peanuts because it was made in a plant that uses peanuts for other items?

Yes- my DD has a peanut allergy and ate lots of Mickey ice cream bars when we went last year

Yes! We were just there in April and they are peanut free! All of the food carts also have books that show all the ingredients in the foods they sell, you just have to ask the CM. There were a lot of items that are peanut free....mickey bars, mickey pretzels and lots of other yummy treats! :)

the latter -:)

Thanks :)

From what I have been told, and have researched, the ice cream bars are made in the same facility and possibly on the same machinery as peanut items. So the caveat "may contain taces of peanuts and was processed in a facility that contains peanuts" holds true.

Is there anyone at WDW now that can read the wrapper and let me know lol :)

Respost this on the disabiities page, and search there as well. Lots more info

When we were there last fall, the book definitely said may contain tree nuts, but I'm not certain about peanuts.

The bars are made by Nestle, and they label well for cross-contamination.

The fruit popsicles are safe for peanut/tree nut allergies. I like the strawberry bars, and my kids like the Itzakadoozies.

I have a peanut allergies that is quite severe. I don't go into anaphylactic shock, however I will be experiencing extreme abdomen pain and vomiting for up to 2 months later. I have been advised that Mickey Bars are considered safe, although it does say on there "May contain traces of Peanuts" However I have taken them many times and never had a problem :)

DD6 is peanut and treenut allergic (anaphylactic shock potential). She tried a Mickey premium bar for the first time last trip and had no reaction whatsoever.
