Are hair dryers in rooms good ones?

Hi, I know that the bathrooms at AOA have hair dryers. Does anyone know if they are decent? I have done ok with most hotel dryers unless they are the really little ones. Does anyone remember what they were like? Thanks in advance!!

Not sure of AOA - but the deluxe resorts have 1000 watt hair dyers. They work great, even on thick hair, like mine, except on 100% humidity days.

I am sure AOA will have the same - hey why would WDW buy one kind just for each resort level. Why not WDW buy 100,000 hair dryers and get a discount from the hair dryer supplier.

I've got a body wave in my hair and I'm trying to remember if a standard diffuser will fit on it rather than bringing my own hair dryer.

Can anyone confirm that?

They're okay... they get the job done. I wouldn't bring mine from home as a substitute. (however, I will not leave home without my flat iron!)

I searched on the allearsnet website and found a pic; they are the same as at the moderates.

They work, but if I had anything other than really short hair like I do, I would bring one from home.

I traveled with two people a few years ago, that had very long hair and boy am I glad they did bring them from home.
