Should not be. The ADRs time frame is not "Room" dependent as I recall. FastPasses are. ADRs I believe are 180+10 prior so your trip if you are staying on site. If you are NOT staying on site, then it's 180 days prior to your reservation so worst case, you may have to wait 10 days before cancelling your room.

No they're not. I canceled my package and rebooked after the discount came out and didn't lose any reservations.

No, they are not linked. If you cancel your reservation and are unable to go to your ADRs you will need to cancel them to save being charged the 'no show' fee.
