It's not a FP, it's a virtual queue, and not connected to FP. The question is, if there are 2 virtual queues, like for Baymax, will they be connected to each other. That we don't know.

Baymax is not currently using return times so no, at this point there is no connection.

At this time the only return ticket for character meet & greet is for Anna & Elsa. I do not think that they will add it for any other characters.
