We will be in the Bahamas the first week of March. We are thinking about doing the Aquaventure. Question is, are the pools heated so that if the ocean is to cool we would be able to utilize the pools/waterpark?

Is this excursion worth the cost? Id appreciate any feedback and opinions :)

Thanks

We "splurged" and did this excursion during Thanksgiving 2012, they must have been having a cold spell or something, it was chilly!!! We did some of the slides, and we did the lazy river, the pools were cold though to us though, my DD walked around in her towel the whole time. March would be warmer I think though.

We did this excursion in June 2011 so I do not know about the water temperature in March.

We had a great time. We really enjoyed the water parks - the lazy river has rapids! They were soooo fun! :thumbsup2 The water park is definitely a great experience - and the views from the top of some of the water rides are beautiful.

We also left the water park to enjoy the beach. I really do love their beach - we went there 3 times in the past and always enjoyed the swimming there.

Would a 2 and 4 year old have fun there? They love the water but I recognize they couldn't do the slides.
Thoughts?

does anyone remember if the pools are heated at all? Going in March, the first week, if the ocean is cold, I certainly don't want to spend all that money and have the pools cold too!
