Aquaduck opening time on embarkation

We did not go to the AquaDuck until a couple of hours after boarding on our last cruise, so I don’t know exactly when it opened. All past navigators list the AquaDuck opening time as 12noon on embarkation day. Does anyone know if it opens at 12 sharp or is it basically open when people start boarding which is usually slightly before noon? We have a 10:30 PAT and based on my lobby pictures of 11:42am on the last cruise I’m expecting to be on board before 12 again if all goes well. Will the AquaDuck really not open until 12 sharp or if we go straight there upon boarding will it already be open? I’m trying to get in line ASAP for a palo brunch booking but would love to check off a quick AquaDuck ride for my kids before I go get in line. Or do I need to send them to do something else with Dh and just hop in the reservations line and wait to do AD after I finish with that?

I asked a few days ago and some reports said it was open as early as 11:30.

I have always seen it open upon boarding, even if that was prior to 12 noon.
