Boy, this seemed like a long week!!! DH, DDog, and I walked two miles on the beach yesterday after dinner. You can drive your car on our beaches, so the sand is very packed. Love the ocean
Just finished W4D3 and did OK. Not covering much in the way of distance. Does anyone else find that day two of each week the hardest? Day one I am excited to start a new program, day three - I am glad I made it, but day two always seems like it is extra hard to complete.
Keep up the pace,
ScubaMickey

) year old daughter.
TaraLee! Glad to have you with us. Good job on the 5k, not to worry about time, you finished which is what matters. And the more you run, the faster you will get.
They had run 4 miles and I had told them I might meet up with them. He walked with me for a bit and we talked about family stuff (he is doing his estate planning finally, working on long term care ins, investments, etc). I will probably run with them next week, since they are still doing short runs.
on this rainy Monday morning(or at least that's what we have here in No. Cali). It was a really busy, but productive weekend. Didn't get my normal long run in on Saturday, but I got a 4 miler in on Friday so I guess that'll have to do for my long Saturday run.

I actually had to convince myself to continue on at one point. I thought...."what would the BL contestants do?...They'd suck it up and do the workout" So, that is what I did...but man it was painful! I could have used some of the "Incredibles" power!
