April Weather?

The literally countless times I've been to Florida (WDW or otherwise) I have only been in summer and fall. What is the weather usually like in the beginning if April?

April is much better than June IMO. April and May are my favorite months to visit Florida.

Every June my family and I go to our time share in Sarasota. It never really feels unbearably got cuz we are literally right on the water. But I'm sure it's scorching in Orlando

I know many people who have visited that time of year and they will comment on it but I live here! I'm about an hour west of WDW and I can tell you that April is some mighty fine weather. Some mighty fine crowds to go with that weather mind you though.

Northerners will definately feel like it's warm enough to swim (Us FL folks usually will not get in the water that early in the year) and it can be down right hot.
You are definately ok with shorts & T-shirts. Maybe one pair of long pants but it's just about "summer" here in April. It's still relatively dry so low chances of rain and the humidity is just starting to creep in so it's very nice. Bring sun screen as the sun will be very hot during the day.

When we went in late April we got burnt in the day & needed sweatshirts at night. The burn probably made us colder, but it was beautiful!!! And swimming at night wasnt pleasant, but totally fine during the day! Im from Illinois, so it was warm for us!

I'm from Chicago So you know as well as I do that our weather is crazy bipolar lol. I can deal with a sweatshirt at night

We are only about an hour south of you then (of course depending on where in Chicago) we too are planning another late April trip this year! And finally taking our daughter to see Univ & Sea World in Florida (did Cali years ago)

And during the day in April was HOT!!! So between the burn & sweat covered skin from the day, I was cold every night! (Sounds gross, but sure you understand! Lol)

Great weather in April, not too hot but just right! I went in April last time and the weather was perfect.
