Day # 2 Spent at AK

After a late night at MK we left to meet our friends at AK. We ate breakfast in the room and off we went. Arriving pretty early we parked in Unicorn 25-29. Kevin had a bright idea of bringing done our friends stollers and a case of water for them. We arrived at AK with strollers in hand and then phoned Eddie--no answer which was making me upset to no end. Decided to do It's a Bug's Life which was pretty good. After some telephone tag fianlly caught up with them and decided to do the Conservation Station or what ever it is called now. Since we didn't do this last time it was very enjoyable--We saw Stanley Powahatas (sp) and Rafaki. Since we had reservations at Rainforest Cafe we decided to get fastpasses for the rapids. Lunch at Rainforest was okay but I thought expensive for what it was. Kevin and I spilt a combo meal. Eddie and Michelle's friends joined us--Bruce Judy and their three boys (can't remember their names) The kids sat together. After Rainforest Cafe Kevin received a call from my dad to met him at Shades. Kevin had to be there to check them in. The rest of the party went off and did the rapids ( still with fastpass it was a 30 minute wait.). We went over to Dinoland and did the Dinosaurs and then I decided it was back to the room for me and Diana. I was trying to arrange a plan to have us take a nap and rest. That night we ended up at Spoodels for dinner. Because we didn't have ADR it was a 1 hour wait even at 9 pm. Dinner went well. I had the salmon dish and Kevin a pasta dish with sausage and scallops; my aunt and dad had a chicken dish. They had this olive spread that was to die for and I don't like olives--like a brushetta
