That's weird. I was only on hold for maybe 5 minutes when I just called.

I called twice and was told Nothing!!! Bummer!! but I sure hope it's today or tomorrow..I go into surgery Tuesday at 7 am.. I will be the only one being weeled into surgury making a phone call..

Question: This will be the first time that I ever try to get an AP discount. Based on this post, it certainly seems that time is of the essence once they come out. How quickly are the AP rooms gobbled up?

And to take it even further, are there any AP rooms even left once they let Disney Visa, public codes, etc. eat up the availability?
Example, Pop Century. I'd imagine that would be gone by the time the AP rates come out?

johnvree, it depends. When the Disney Visa discounts came out, there was a rush to get them and within two days some people reported being told "no availability." It depends on your dates of travel and the resort/view you choose. If your dates are set in stone, having more than 1 resort in mind might help when you call. For example, if Riverside disounts were gone you could ask about French Quarter, etc.
