April, May, June AP Watch. Let's Get it Started

I'm so excited for our May trip. I can't hardly wait for AP rates to become active. We are hoping the GF becomes available for AP rates. Anyway, let's start the AP watch now. The current AP rates expire on February 9th. Let's hope the new rates become active soon. We're going to Disney World the best vacation destination in the world!!!!

I just hope we don't have to wait until April 21 for the APs like we did last year! That was cutting it a little too close for those May visitors and caused us to wait much longer than I liked (even though that date is the historical time for June AP releases). I was pretty surprised the late Feb/March/early April APs were given as early as they were, too--hope we fare as well!

Since we don't have AAA, there isn't a MKC any longer, and I definitely don't want to be saddled with a package (those Disney VISA things aren't very generous) and the pre-payment option attached thereto (if we'd have had a package last year, I don't think we could have cancelled when the APs were released for our dates--too close)--I would really like a discount with the APs! Are you listening out there AP gods?

if you already have a room booked with aaa discounts and ap's become available do you need to cancel your reservation first and then re-book with the ap or do they just apply the ap rate to your
existing reservation?

Sitting here with Dolphin teacher rate which is not bad, BUT, we want AKL, Contemp, or maybe PC. We stayed at Swan last trip.

I'm also waiting for Southwest Airlines to open up their ressies for my dates. Right now, they go up to June 11 & my trip starts June 12!

We are going April 30th to May 8th and are hoping for a good code or AP. Right now we are looking at WL or CR, but hoping to upgrade to the Poly Concierge if the rates are good. We will see.

I'm living in Fantasyland...Both sets of parents celebrate 50th wedding anniv. this summer, which will both involve plane tickets, hotels and paying for parties...I am pretty much resigned to the fact that that will be our "vacation" this summer...but I keep harboring hope that rates will come out that are so low that we'll be able to squeeze in WDW, too. If not, it's June 2005.

Another one waiting for the ever so popular AP rates for June. We currently have AKL Concierge for June 9 -June 17 (2 rooms), but it would be much better to get it cheaper!!

I am waiting just like everyone else...........Has anyone called CRO and asked about AP rates so we start the speculation on release dates? Even if it is a rumour it always gives me a glimmer of hope and some little thread to hang onto. I know, totally pathetic!!! I would call but I turned my reservation over to Dreams Unlimited because I am so afraid that they will release the discounts on a day I work 12 hours and miss out!!

Wow, I didn't realize they came out so late last year! April 21st is cutting it really close but shouldn't they come out by the 17th since that's when the current AP rates end?

Right now we have AAA rates for the CR for June 4-June 19. (wing room)
We are hoping to move over to the Poly with AP rates!!!

i'm waiting too last year they came out 5 days before my april trip it was all very exciting,and i'm not counting on them coming out any sooner this year, but it sure would be nice i'm booked with aaa rate apr18-23 at PC and apr23-may2 aaa rate at csr.
