Call DVC MS and if available they have villa rooms at a cash discount. I recently booked 2 nights in a studio at OKW for May using this. At the time they had WLV, OKW, BWV, and BCV all available for the weekend I wanted. We are using our pts through Thursday and then are paying cash for Friday and Saturday. The ressies should be linked so we shouldn't have to move at all. I also checked the same time period for AAA rates on the studio and the DVC discount beat AAA. I am waiting to see if my AP rate will beat the DVC discount though.

I just did this as I got sick of waiting for the codes. Booked Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday/Monday with points and paid DVC cash discount for Friday/Saturday at the BWV. Going May 31st-June 6th.

As I'm reading this thread it says that codes can't be posted but then where do I get the code? This is all new to me ... I need a helping hand!!

Hi and Welcome!!! There are several ways to get these very sought after codes. A lot of us are watching and waiting for AP (annual pass) rates to come out. You have to have an AP in order to get this rate though.
There are also different 'codes' that are released, by Disney, from time to time that offer discounts on resorts...some that are packages, some that are for room only.
Keep watching these boards and you will know if and when one crops up!

What most people here are waiting for are the annual passholder discount. WDW will usually discount so many rooms at the different resorts for those with Annual Passes. The day they release the discount you can call WDW member services and ask what the discount is and book your room.

You can also log into the WDW website using the numbers on the back of your Annual pass holder ticket or green exchange card. The log in for the passholders is on the right below the search bar and the dining finder.

You can also get discounted rooms if you are a AAA member. Those have already been released so you just need to call member services and see if they have the rooms available for the dates you want to go.

Spoke with a CM who sounded like he knew it was coming very very soon and when he tried to apply it to my ressie it wasn't letting him So i think its going to be very very very soon. I asked when was it going to be able to be applied and he said could be from 1 hour to a few days. Maybe he was trying to be positive but thats what i was told.

I will try again later to see if anything changes.

i'm NOT trying to burst bubbles (because i'm waiting for a code too) but, didn't we already hear that the code was coming out on the 23rd for a hopper upgrade? that's what i remember seeing on the thread a few pages ago, and i also looked on that travel website. at the time the deal was there, but i'm sure they got calls so they removed it from the specials.

Yes Disney is possible coming out with the same package as last time that includes a preminum pass but we're anxiously awaiting the annual pass codes for room only discounts.
