dizkids Tomorrow I leave for Disney so next week i plan on being right on track. I am changing my challenge during my trip. During the week instead of sticking to my WW plan i will drink minimum 64 oz of water each day and try really hard to get up each morning for walk while everyone else is sleeping. Keep up the great work. I have never been a runner/jogger, but I have a walk-jog tape I've been doing, and I really like it. I try to exercise 6 days with one day off/week, and think for me that works best. It seems if I take more than one day off, it is easier to lose that motivation to get moving.
