April Fools!!! 100 day challenge! list of challengers added to post #1

dizkids Tomorrow I leave for Disney so next week i plan on being right on track. I am changing my challenge during my trip. During the week instead of sticking to my WW plan i will drink minimum 64 oz of water each day and try really hard to get up each morning for walk while everyone else is sleeping. Hope everyone has a good week!

I have stayed on track with this challenge, drinking water, exercising, and keeping with my running program.

Made it through the weekend with sticking with the challenge and drinking my water. I can't believe I have not missed a day yet.

As far as my exercising I am working out 6 days a week with one day of rest. This week I will have a run in there for at least 5 out of 7 days of the week. I am working on a continuous run/jog time period of 33 minutes at this point. My goal is to do 3 miles in 30 minutes by 6/21/2008. I estimate at this point to be only doing 2.5 miles in the 30 minutes.

Diet continues to not be bad, I am really cutting down my portions with many more fruits, veggies, and "healthy" choices.

I definitely want to keep this going, but life has been a little crazy and stressful. I was off a few days, but am back on as of yesterday, and planning to stay there. I did a one hour watp video this morning, and am back to journalling all my food.

Lynnielou, it sounds like you are doing awesome!! :cool1: Keep up the great work. I have never been a runner/jogger, but I have a walk-jog tape I've been doing, and I really like it. I try to exercise 6 days with one day off/week, and think for me that works best. It seems if I take more than one day off, it is easier to lose that motivation to get moving.

dizkids- sounds like you had a great plan for disney! Hope you had a marvelous trip. We went the first week of april, and I didn't have much of a plan, but only gained 1.6 overall. I was happy with that.

I'm hoping to be able to check in here more often now. Have a great day.
 
Everyone seems to be doing well. As usual I have days where I get my water intake and days I don't. Sigh. At least I've been dedicated to daily walks (and even runs) haven't missed a day. Woo hoo! :thumbsup2 I'm seeing results too.

Back from Disney and thanks we did have a great time with great weather. I did take 2 short walks on 2 mornings that were non-park days. We did P&PP which was great with no waits on most lines. My little one rode space mountain for for the 1st time and so that meant i couldnt hang back with him in the stroller : O Epcot was another long walking day, so i dont think i short changed my challenge to walk on vacation....buffets on the other hand...lets just say back to WW now. I actually lost 1 pound.

Glad to read everyone seems to be doing good. I feel as though now that my little vacation hurdle is done i want to get right back to the 100 day challenge here!!

Staying on track here, more water, exercise and watching my diet.

Hard to be that we are down counting down the days so quickly, only 2 months from 5/9, which is only aobut 3 weeks away!
 
Well, it was a heck of a week and I'm far behind on my challenge. Getting back to it though! I'm sitting at about 20/25 days so not too bad I guess. :confused3
 
I am hanging in there, I have not missed even one day at this point with my water intake.

Other parts of my indivudal challenge are going well as I continue to develop my running program with the goal of 3 miles in 30 minutes or less by June 21.

I've been exercising, but not doing as well in the journalling dept. I'm still going to stick with the challenge, but it will take me longer. I have a little check chart to help keep me honest. Life has been very hectic, and I haven't had much free time to dis.

100 day challenge members

I am staying on track and continue each week to stay on task. I have not missed any water, still watching my food intake and running on the TM


I improved a little with my TM goal of doing 3 miles in 1/2 hour. Not there yet but I have 2.8 miles in 35 minutes. My goal was to have this by June 21, I think I will make.

How is everyone else doing?
