April Exercise Challenge-We're Not "Fool"in!!

60 minutes for me today, 30 of which was on the bike, the remaining 30 minutes was strength training.

Lovely weather yesterday so we walked to lunch, then to the park, then home. Also did some yard work and at least 30 of strength during BL bringing me to 645/1200....4475/18000

Another 70 minutes, so now I'm 422/825. Over half way there!
 
45 minutes for me brings me to 480/900

40 for the TM c25k, w9w3 (I have graduated from the program!)
30 minutes strength training/exercises on "bean".

April 925/1500
 
Another 60 minutes at the gym, up to 760/950 -------- 3195/12000.

Between mowing and walking, I added 50 today. Though I'm thinking I should add at least 15 min of arm strength training for all of the time I spent fighting the bolt holding the mower blad on. ;) 695/1200...4525/18000
