Off to do the 1st update for the month. This month is surely flying by!

Welcome to everyone. Looks like we are off to a wonderful start. Keep moving....it's almost swimsuit weather.....well, in FL it already is, but for the rest of us, we still have awhile.

I'd like to join in on the April exercise challenge. I've been on vacation, so getting a late start, but I will commit to 900 for the remainder of the month.
 
My goal from now til the end of the month is to exercise a total of 400 minutes.
