This should keep me on track - writing in my journal is keeping me on track with my food choices, so hopefully this will help me get out there and walk!

Hi, I'm joining in!!! I've been lazy lately with exercise, so hopefully this'll help provide the motivation! And I think I understand how to post, if I do something wrong, please let me know!
I've been exercising 2x a day for 20min each time (total 40min) for 8 days now. (today will be 9). that is unless you count coaching t-ball to 8 4yr olds and them wearing me out exercise....LOL

That's my goal too - we can push each other. I'm off to a slow start. Last month was great but I think that I'm jinxed, whenever I've put 1200 for my goal I struggle! Time to break the 1200 curse.
