April Exercise Challenge..April totals pg 27 # 400!

OK, I Haven't been so good about keeping the calories down, but I am moving every day, even if for a little bit. I try walking more but the kids really slow me down LOL

15 minutes - 310/600
 
8 mins climbing stairs and 20 mins walking (I know, a little lame today) :hippie:
 
lindalinda...THERE IS NO SUCH THING!!! 28 minutes is WAAAAY better than NO minutes!!! :cheer2: :cheer2:

As for me...I got 30 minutes of strength training in..370/1100
 
I am at 345/1000 as of today. Keep moving everyone.
 

I am at 891/1500 YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope to be at 1000 by the end of today!
 
I got another 45 minutes in between yesterday and today. Both were crazy days, but at least I got some exercise in! That puts me at 565/1000. :cheer2:

I got 2 hours of walking tonight and 10 minutes of crunches.

I am now at 1021/1500
 
I did 41 mins walk/run and 40 mins stairmachine. I'm at 820/1250. :hippie:

Today 169 min. Total 1,051/1,500
 
As of Friday April 14, I'm at 330/800
