Ok so we are staying 4 nights at Art of Animation before the cruise and we have our car. I booked a Ohana Breakfast at 8:55 on Thursday (the morning we board the ship). I am trying to complete my online check in and it asked for a arrival time to check in. My DH says we should cancel the Ohana breakfast and pick a early time to get on the ship. I'm ok with that but does anyone know how long it takes to drive from DW to the Port. I don't want to have to get the kids up super early on Thursday but I do want to have plenty of time and not be rushed.

Suggestions either way - do or don't keep Ohanas?

If we did keep Ohanas what time would we need to make our arrival?

Thanks for the help and suggestions.

It takes about 45 minutes to drive to port. I say do the breakfast. All aboard is not until afternoon time so enjoy the breakfast!!

Please add our Cabin Number to the FE List - 6656. Thanks so much!

Nassau Day:
1. Are you planning to get off this ship?
- If yes - did you book an activity via the cruise?
- Are you planning to just do things within walking distance?
- Are you going to take a cap some where?

2. Have you every been to Atlantis?
- Can you walk to Atlantis? Do you have to book this ahead of time? What is Atlantis?

3. If we don't get off the ship are there things to do on the ship?

I'm trying to determine what we can do at Nassau with a 9 year old boy and an almost 2 year old girl. I don't really want to book anything because I don't know how my kids are going to do once we get there. This being their first cruise and all. I would like for my son to get off the ship for a little bit just to look around and all.

Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Allison

I do not plan on getting off the ship in Nassau - but my family might just go for a walk to say they were in a foreign country. I did not like it last time - not much there, but people who went to Atlantis loved it - it is a beautiful resort which you can see from the ship's dock. Look them up on-line and you can see all the activities there - it really is amazing. I like Castaway Cay much more though.
There are plenty of activities on board during the time at dock, so don't worry about being bored - it is kind of nice to have the pool and Aqua Duck be a little less crowded as well.
You can't go wrong either way!

67 days to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!
