You are welcome. Once I get more tour information, I will post potential DIS tour options. Working on my WBTA stuff now. Is anyone interested in me making a Hawaii website to keep track of information?

With that info online, we can then create DIS navigators for ourselves.

Having a website for this cruise would be wonderful.

Noel, if you and John would be willing to do that then it would be wonderful. Thanks.

Erik and Jason, we have not met, but I can't wait to hear avout Alaska, and then to meet you on this cruise. We are on the very last Alaska this year, as opposed to your very first. Looking forward checking your blog and hearing your suggestions. Have fun!

THANKS!!

Well, now we are back safe and sound in Rochester. We've been back from our repo/Alaska adventure for almost a week now...it took that long to get KIND of caught up and log back onto the boards. It was an amazing trip for us (hopefully some of you had a chance to follow and read our blog of the trip....or can go back and do so (blog address is in my signature) :thumbsup2).....and we just want to say thank you to all our old and new cruise friends for making it such a special and amazing trip...and we can't wait to see many of you again on our WONDERful trip to Hawaii!!

Now our distractions for the real world will be looking forward to a trip on the Dream in September (bookended with stays at Wilderness Lodge Villas and Bay Lake Towers)....then this WONDERful trip to Hawaii (of course) and two MAGICal trips out of NYC next summer!! :cool1: (Plus a 7 night on the Fantasy that we booked onboard as dummy dates for early 2013 probably).

Hey all----

Just wanted to post a little update about lanyards. Jason and I are going to take the lead on lanyards as we promised before our Alaska trip....but it's going to take us a couple weeks to get our system up and running. Once we have it figured out we will post directions here (and then probably regularly every other week or so after that until the trip).

Erik, just a quick reminder from me that I never received the artwork from Jason from last years WBTA to use for this years WBTA. Would you please ask him to send it to me.

We just returned home from or 7 night Eastern Caribbean where we booked this cruise for next year. I didn't read anything in this thread yet, but i will in coming days.

We are family of 4, me The Mom LOL, DH, DS (7) and DD (6).

We would like to participate in all kind of things, just give me few days so I can catch up with all in this thread. I can do that in between doing laundry from our last cruise!

hmm....that's odd. I'm sure I told him to send it to you. I will email him again now and remind him.

Welcome back to the east coast. We followed your travels on the blog and it sounds like a wonderful trip.

Hi All from Oz,

Been a while between posts - busy, as you can all imagine, plus a lot of illness to deal with.

Erik and Jason - just wanted to pipe in that we loved your blog - it's had us pining to do the same trip (and we too LOVED our NV on the PC trip - so sad we couldn't get two for the HI cruise *pout*). In any case, we will look forward to booking an Alaskan trip probably in 2013.

I can't remember who posted about the kids dilemma, but we're in the same boat - have found out that DD1's mid-year exams will be less than 2 weeks after we get back from the cruise, which is making it even harder to make the decision to take the kids / not take the kids.

We have decided that we will NOT be stopping at Aulani on the way over (*double pout*) as we simply can't afford the extra time away. So I'm hoping we can get a VGC booking at the 7 month window to use some of our points.

Anyways, that's it for the moment - off to take DD1 to the Dr now.

Have a great week everyone !

Cheers,
Sally :)

Hi again everybody! :goodvibes Now that I've just finished my B2B repo and Alaska cruises, I can fully focus on this cruise. WOOHOO! :yay: I'll be sailing KID-FREE and can't wait!!!! :woohoo: I just can't imagine having 15 days of "me time". :scared1: :thumbsup2 It will probably take me a week to catch up here, I'm back on page 92, but will do my best. ;)

According to the Disney Cruise Line facebook post, "throughout this month, the Disney Wonder is trasitioning the bed linens in its staterooms to Frette duvets, the same plush bedding used on the Disney Dream".:dance3:

It was like sleeping in a MARSHMALLOW! But if you choose to have the beds split, they use the old bedding. We had to split the beds for the Alaska cruise, so I found out that way.

Everyone- welcome back from the Alaskan cruise. It sounded like you all had a great time. Enjoyed reading everyone's blogs.

Well, so much for going to bed at 10pm tonight, BUT I'm all caught up on this thread now. :thumbsup2

Are any of you posting trip reports from the Alaskan/Repo cruises? I would love to see this new bedding. Is that all they've changed recently? How about food pix? What about the kids tea party? Any pictures of that? Please, please, please post that kind of stuff on here. I know a lot of you go a lot (lucky ducks), but this is our first ever Disney cruise! I want to see everything I possibly can and the Disney website is not doing it for me. ;)

I've noticed a few more families signing up with kids lately! We have three...currently 5, 9, and 12. I was beginning to think the kids playrooms would be empty. Glad to see more little ones coming aboard.

Good Morning Cruisers!

We are also back from Alaska, but unlike Holly - I do not plan to go back and read all those back pages! I am just starting from here, and if there was anything important since page 91 - them I am sure it will be repeated sometime in the next year!

Alaska was awesome! Really enjoyed the cruise and, of course, the people!

Have a great day folks!

Welcome back to all the Alaskan cruisers. I hope you all enjoyed it like we did last year. Alaska is gorgeous.

We are back from our trip to Cozumel. It was a great trip. This year we got to spend time with a family that lives on the island. What an experience for sure. Loved it. I hope to get back and read what I missed while we were gone.

BTW, the bedding on the Dream is great. We loved it. Not too hot, not too cold. The best part, soft and fluffy.

We have gone to Alaska twice on RCI both were great but have no desire to go back. We did have a whale breach right in front of the whale boat. The Red dog was fun too. We have some other vacations planned between now and April. Hilton Head in August, 7 night Carnival cruise in Oct 3 hours away from home! For my Birthday in Dec a 9 day vacation to Disney with a 4 night Dream cruise on my Birthday. For Hawaii the only shore excursion we will do is Molikini in Maui the rest ok our own with rental cars. Hawaii the black sand beach, we did the Volcano and Akka falls last time on our own. We are not sure what to do for Kuai?
