I love the last one too! But I can see wanting to go with a more traditional look like the first one. Actually, I'd buy one of each with fabrics that different.

I still can't believe they can do Disney characters on something they are going to sell...is it possible that they think WE are Disney so there wouldn't be any copywrite issue?:confused3

Here is shirt one with a flower pattern

here is an example of how we can adjust the background color to whatever we want. I only enhanced the color to a few to give you and idea. We could ask for any thing.

I like that one but there is no way hubby will wear anything with Pink in it.

You mean the pink bows in minnie's and daisy's hair would prohibit him from wearing the shirt? Oh MY!!!

My Bob likes the aqua shirt with all the characters, I love the green and brown vintage shirt. Kind of funny 'cause his choice has the softer water colors and I like the earth tones. Everyone has their own style and likes.

Val

Hubby might wear Minnie bit it would have to be a dark colored shirt. All he wears is black or Navy.

Is there an option that we could get two different colors...for example purple and blue? I would have blue for my boys and purple or something else for me and my girl.

I like the flower border on the brown for the front of a shirt - without any disney graphic, it would bemore generally wearable, even after the cruise is over. The last one with the horizontal print, I would love to see as the border at the bottom of a skirt or pants to go with the flower border on a shirt. I have to face it - I just LOVE fabric. Do you love designing it, Val? (Remember, I've seen your fabulous fish extender:)

If I understood what you were suggesting, I took the green and brown portion and made it the primary print. Then the part with the lettering I have as just a border that would go at the bottom of the shirt. Maybe, if we ask for a pocket, we would want it on that too.

Yes - but it would cost more. The price will be based on volume, the fewer we order the more it will cost. Because they are printing up material for us, not just making the shirts from a selection of fabric. We can get a quote for different volumes and if enough people wanted one design or color and others want something else, we can have multiple designs made. It just would change the pricing.

Please, please remember, the designs I am posted are NOT what they are offerring us, they are the designs I came up with to get your input. I tried just having them pick from a group of logos I sent and that didn't work. It was my fault, I should have given them a color range and specific logo and number of logos we would want on the material. I also think we should tell them if we want a certain style, hibiscus flowers, horizontal, etc. That is why I came up with these to show you and get input. I can send them my design and see if they can duplicate it, if that is what we wanted, but I am not sure if they would be willing to do so.

Some one asked if they think we are Disney Co. No, I told them we are a group of people who cruise on Disney. I explained, unlike a company or other groups, we are located all over and some of us have never meet before.

We really like this one, but would be flexible with the final choice. It reminds me of the Poly, lol. :)

I truly think adding a second print would add quite a bit of extra work for you and more $$ per shirt. IMHO, we are lucky getting one print.

Hi everyone ... just wanted to pop in and let you all know that I'm still aboard and still gung ho with the Secret Mickey. I've even started on the FE gifts :). Saw the shirtd post and loved them. WOuld love to get in on them. I liked the last one as well !

I know I haven't been around for a while, but I'm going through some trying times with my Mom right now, and don't have time for much else. Don't want to get into too much details, as I don't want to bring everyone down, but if you get a chance, can you include her in your prayers. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about your problems with your mom. I hope it all settles down for you very soon.

Yes, can they use the Disney character pictures like that? I wouldn't want us all to be in the terminal and them come and take them away from us!!!!!:scared1::rotfl2:

Val, you are doing a great job, thank you.:thumbsup2

Personally I find the colours of the last one a bit dull and dreary, I like lighter colours(not necessarily super bright though), but of course it is a work in process so we will see what happens.

It isn't exactly what I had in my mind, but I LOVE this! Love it love it love it.

The fabric looks like all the elements 'belong' together. The words and characters are nicely grounded in the design. The colors are harmonious.

The flowered one where the words and charactors are highly contrasty and sprinkled all over it randomly reminds me of what scrapbookers call "sticker sneeze".

I can see what you are meaning there.:thumbsup2

I've been lurking as well but had to respond to your request for prayers for your Mom...I do hope you can find the strength and she can find some hope and peace. A little pixie dust would not hurt Her is a little angel to watch over her. :littleangel:

I know of a person who had a call from Disney Legal reference the Font which was used for a cruise shirt on Cafe Press

I totally understand Val..I know the price would be different if we order 200 one color (for example green) or just a 100. I will wait patiently to see what their designer will come up with :) Thank you for doing this for all of us!

I didn't think it would be a problem because on a lot of past cruises we ordered tee-shirts with disney characters and other graphic with no problem. Do you think it would be a problem if we went with something like the Jordak design?

Or if we silhouette the characters? I am not crazy about this, too busy and I am not a red fan but it gives us an idea

I have heard back regarding shirts for teddy bears and matching dresses to be worn with the shirts. They do not make anything but shirts. However, Becky said that if we buy the shirts they would sell the material for $15 a yard so we could have them made ourselves. However, it would be the same material, not a smaller print so might not work for teddy bear shirts. Nice of them to try and accomodate us though.

I like this one too....but would prefer it in blue, khaki or green.
