VAL: If the extra for the shirts is a dollar or two each, then I understand people saying to keep the change. If it is a lot more, that would leave you with a ton of money to figure out how to handle and if it was me, I would feel uncomfortable keeping it all for myself no matter how aggravated I was during the process or how much time I took designing shirt fabric.

Did you spend money on long distance calls to Becky? If so, count that!

The boxes sound like a good idea and perhaps even some bubble wrap or double packing, maybe an envelope inside a box. I say this because our kids bought us a poster-size picture made on canvas from one of our DCL DREAM photos and the box was punctured in transit. Fortunately the picture was only slightly dented and when hanging on the wall the dent does not show, but a rip in the fabric of a shirt is a whole other issue. So I say--double pack these shirts if you can. Count the cost of packing materials!

THEN:
When you are done with it all, e-mail us each with the amount of refund we would be due and we will each tell you what we want to do with the money.

If any of the purchasers do not want their refund, you can use it toward the extra postage to England and Canada.

Dolphingirl47 had put out a real sign up sheet because people adding to page one of the roster is the problem. Some dis names are missing there. She had one form that you sign with the info and that is what I was poutting on my spreadsheet,then I found out there was 2 lists on main page so im working off 3 lists and its not fun so thats why im trying to get ahold of the names I dont have but there is that block with no names on main roster and just info so if your one of them plrase email or pm me.

How confusing and what a headache. I know for signing up with the Champagne Girls you have to go to that link and then to the tabs on the bottom. And I still have so many blanks too. So I sent out a whole lot of PMs today to ask for the missing information.

Does anyone have an email address for the Hokey Donut earring person? I tried to contact her on esty but no luck. Any suggestions? I wanted to see if she could make a stud pair with Mickey and the blue flower.

I had the same thing happen to me. I just heard back from her this morning. The pair I had asked her to make she just listed so I grabbed them. Might wan't to check her site again. She has added more stuff.

I understand and appreciate the recommendations and concern expressed here on the method I use to mail the shirts. Before deciding how to mail them, I read recommendations and spoke with the USPS. The Priority legal envelope seemed the best and most cost effective. Similar to how I mailed the fabric, I plan to do the following:

1. Put shirts individually into plastic shirt bags

2. Put bags into the USPS Priority moisture proof, heavy duty bag (I could not easily rip or puncture the bag)

3. Tape bags close and tape card envelope with mailing info onto front of bag

4. Put bags into a Priority Legal Envelope

5. Tape Standardized mailing address label to envelope and print out tracking info

6. Deliver them to the Post Office

Val - you are a sweetheart- that is a lot of work to do for each shirt. i still think you should keep any money left over. Treat yourself and Bob to a nice dinner etc.

Well, the good news is that I will not be sleeping in a life boat. I'll be on deck 1 in cabin 1042. The cabin does come with a complimentary oar and special directions to row while in cabin. They also mentioned that I will have to share with a crew member, but not to worry they do not have much time off so they will not disturbe me. Just kidding, I look forward to just being on board. After all, how much time do you spend in your cabin.

People wanting stuff from Hokey Donut - when I paid for my order I suggested that there were a whole thread of rabid DIS-ers on our way to Hawaii and she might want to crank out some extra stuff - SO you should probably check back regularly - you never know what you might find.

Well I paid for my order this morning. People keep posting pictures on FB and I sent her another email. She made a cute pair for night. If she can't that's o.k. I will be happy with what I ordered. I just need to stop looking !!

Hey ladies......disneygal0614/Denise was talking to Cheryl and asked about getting Champagne Girls earrings made for our event. Cheryl came up with a wonderful design and will have them available for sale on her site soon. It's a pink bottle of champagne with Mickey's Champagne Girls written on it in black with a mickey head. It's really adorable and I know that all of our champagne girls will want to buy them, or at least, many of you. I can't wait until they are up on her site so you can see them.
