April 2025 Vacation Packages go on sale starting 3pm JST November 6 2024

I was able to get through after 2 hours! I got the Mira Costa. Like others have said, it takes a while to select all the options. I wish I had seen the opt out but I was nervous about being thrown out. It all worked out. Got the unlimited and got the three fantasy springs rides for 4/4. going back to sleep now lol 😴

Took me 3 attempts. First I was kicked out right when it went live and second time because of a hyphen in my last name. I ended up not falling asleep so when I came back up in the cue, I finally was able to book unlimited package with check-in April 3rd staying at Fantasy Springs hotel. Every question took so long. I was worried about my credit card. The first penny went through and then asked for a confirmation number sent to my phone. So I am thinking I am all good but after I put the confirmation number in, it changed to a screen with Japanese and I had no idea what to do. When I went to refresh of course I get the "are you sure you want to do that" message. Of course I am not sure!!!! I have no idea what is happening. After a few tears (it was almost 3:30 AM) I refreshed and it took me to my confirmation page. That was just way to much stress considering how much money I am spending. LOL Now I hope to get a night before at the Disneyland Hotel and then ideally the night after at Fantasy Springs hotel but I can be flexible with all that. Now a full day of work on very little sleep but at least I know I am going to Tokyo Disney in April.

The only major concern I have is whether I can park hop on overlapping package days. I thought I read somewhere once you're in a park, it's only that park. But I took what I could get at the time. l

We had overlapping packages in October, and absolutely did the equivalent of park hopping on the middle day of the 2 packages. We scanned tickets for both parks into the app and had no issue going from DL to DS. Make sure when you scan them you edit with a label in the app (they call it nickname) that's clear for which park it's for so you use the correct tickets at the correct park. We did not look to return to DL that day, so not sure how that works, but I expect you'd be fine (if that's important). Now, packages in October were a bit different from packages in April, but I don't think you'll have any issue. It was a long, fun day - the resort took care of our luggage when we transitioned to a different hotel (you might be at the same place), and we enjoyed both parks! We arranged on the tv for them to pick up our bags in one room and have them delivered to our next room - they were waiting for us that night. If you're changing hotels, you'll need to get to the new hotel in the morning to pick up your second set of tickets/passes. We could not do that before day-of. Be ready - there were a lot of paper tickets, too! Hope that helps......

You will be able to go in and remove the dining opt outs, and get refunded the difference, if that's what you want to do. At least you have the room and package that you want.

Just beware, and sorry if you know this already. Yes, they will make good on any price changes/refunds, but they'll charge in full the 'new' package with the changes, and then refund in full the original. I only mention that because some folks are surprised by this, and some folks hit an issue with a limit on their credit card. Money will be refunded, but it's not just refunding the difference - at least not what we saw.

Oh, that's interesting. So depending on the Yen-Dollar exchange at time of rebooking it could impact overall package cost.

Yes, but we found it changed only slightly when we made changes - it can even help you, depending which way the exchange rates are going.

It's been my experience that cancelling "dummy" bookings that the refunds are posted just about the same day. But I can see where that'd be a problem for people with lower credit limits.
